Interesting how has used fitness and his training as a tool to better himself. I love his mindset around encouraging failure in all aspects of what he does whether that be training or business .. ultimately just go for it and if it doesn't work then learn from it and go again. Better than sitting around asking what if....

What strikes me about Seb is his humility in talking about all he has achieved. He places a huge emphasis on the role of the help he has received from others and is very honest about his own shortcoming and needs to improve in certain areas. This is highly admirable.

Also when you combine your work with something you believe in and are passionate about (sustainability at Fronius) amazing things can happen.
