Ms. Krishna is the first female Indian discus thrower to receive an NCAA D-1 scholarship to study at the University of Nevada, USA. She has been selected to represent Tamil Nadu in the forthcoming open senior nationals and the current Tamil Nadu State record holder in discus throw.
