On this episode I have a conversation with Elizabeth Little. Earlier this year Elizabeth and a group of home school Moms and others began work on a manual that goes over the Founding Fathers, Founding Documents, Principles of Liberty and a lot more. As the interview went on you can see how divine providence led their efforts in creating what has become Covenant Land. After going through some of it myself I think this book is written at just the right time in history. I cant recommend it highly enough and should be in every home home. Enjoy!!
On this Episode of Hivecast I have a conversation with Jeff Faulkner. Jeff has spent 42 years coming up with a theory where he believes the Book of Mormon took place. His evidence and theory are compelling. It is important that the listener know up front that these opinions are Jeff's alone and do not reflect the opinion of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Enjoy!!
On this Episode I have a conversation with Susan Holmberg. Susan had an experience that led her to completely rethink how she approaches food. She has written this all down in her book. In doing so she has found a way to save 80% on her food bill while saving 80% on prep time. This is much more of a system than a series of ideas. I found her premise interesting in light of the possibility of financial hardships coming our way. Sit back and enjoy!!
On this episode we talk with Jessica McNeil Lewis. We talk about her motivation for homeschooling, her approach, & some of the challenges she has faced. She was also kind enough to talk about her experience in homeschooling her son who has downs syndrome. At the end she talks about the immense rewards she and her children have shared through home schooling. Enjoy!!
On this episode I sit down and have a conversation with Hali McKeon. Hali is a Mom who has home schooled her children for 10 years. We go over everything from her experiences and philosophy on education to where to find materials and resources. Towards the end of the interview she asks us to ask ourselves a question about education that I think we should all ponder a little bit. I can say how impressed I was by her and her family. I am glad she was the first one I interviewed on this subject
