The Virginia Court of Appeals recently issued a decision involving primarily a question of statutory interpretation - whether a condo association could amend its declaration to extend the time period within which the condo could be expanded. Yes, this quite the snooze-fest...UNLESS YOU'RE A LAW NERD!
