It's Super Bowl Sunday and what better what to celebrate the day than by nerding out with your favorite HOW Law Nerds.

Today, we tackle (broadly) the Corporate Transparency Act (or the “Corporate Transparency Nap” if you’re Brian) and the various disclosure obligations for which community associations across the country are likely responsible. We keep it light today without getting into the weeds too much - just know this is important!
