You read that right...I got lost in Paris....FRANCE! Let me tell you about the night I went from taking Instagram pics and having a romantic dinner by the Cathedral Notre-Dame to having a mental breakdown in the middle of a street musical festival with no money, knowing not a lick of French, and having to give up my passport to some random just to make it back to my hotel room safe. Yeah guys...once again...let me explain. 

On this bonus episode I wanted to play a quick game with you all. This is a game I learned through Teal Swan, a spiritual teacher whom I found on Facebook Watch. She played this psychology game with her audience and it was an exercise that is designed to get people to expose aspects of themselves that they may not be consciously aware of.  I loved this game and have played this game with almost everyone I meet so I figured we can play together. So grab a pen and paper and press play! 

Regardless if you are in the creative space or in a professional work environment, imposters syndrome is a real thing. Although not a medical condition, it is a paralyzing feeling that takes over your mental state and ability to feel confident in doing the things you love.
