Gingerbread Old Fashioned:
1 oz Gingerbread simple syrup
2 oz bourbon of choice
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 pice crystallized ginger
1 orange peel, twist and place in glass

Gingerbread Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 slices of fresh ginger
2 cinnamon sticks
6-10 whole cloves
1/2 tsp all spice 
Heat it a simmer for 10 mins, let sit for for 30 minutes to and hour to cool. Strain into jar for serving.

In a shaker 1 1/2 oz of angles envy rye, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2oz lemon juice, and ice. Shake, pour over ice, top off with ginger beer and cranberries and mint leaf for garnish

3oz Wild Turkey 101 in a mug with orange slice dash of pumpkin pie spice 1oz honey fill mug with hot apple cider and cinnamon stick to stir and garnish.

  • 1 ½ oz. (45ml) Bourbon
  • ½ oz. (15ml) Peppermint/Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz. (45ml) Espresso
  • ½ oz. (15ml) Chocolate Liqueur
    1. Combine Bourbon, peppermint/brown sugar syrup, espresso, and chocolate liqueur in a shaker and dry shake (no ice).
    2. Add ice and shake again. 
    3. Strain mix into a glass and insert a peppermint stick.
    4. Top with grated nutmeg.
