Holiness for the Working Day

Second Meditation for Advent 2023

2nd Sunday of Advent, year B

Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception 2023 Mass for the kids

Part 1 of 3 of Advent Meditations for families with kids

Welcome to Encounters

This is a new show on the Holiness for the Working Day channel.

Most conversational podcasts are often with influencers, CEO's, billionaires, celebrities & the like.

This show is different, it's real conversations with real people about real things. Think of it as wisdom of the common man in everyday life.

Those are the real influencers because they influence the everyday lives of everyday people and I want to give them a voice and also just enjoy the art of conversation with them for you.

In this episode I have he honor of speaking to Benedict Ohm, one of my closest friends and a man who has been enduring suffering and uncertainty with, in my estimation, heroism. I pray the conversation helps you and anyone who is or will be going through sufferings great or small.

1st Sunday of Advent, Year B 2023

Solemnity of Christ the King of the Universe 2023

The Ceiling referenced is in the Gesu in Rome. A quick google search will yield much.

Welcome to ENCOUNTERS, a new series on Holiness for the Working Day. These "encounters" are conversations with people from all walks of life about creatively living the adventure of life and faith. I hope you enjoy it and share it generously.

Peter Searby is my younger brother and founder of Riverside https://rside.org/
