"If you had told me that I would pay for acupuncture for my dog 10 years ago, I would tell you you were nuts - now I am an advocate for holistic veternarian services," says Lori Bean. 

Lori's dog Charlie was given six months to live after a spinal injury that had been misdiagnosed as a thyroid problem. Charlie was in much pain, struggling to even walk. Referred to Dr. O by a couple they met at the dog park, Lori and charlie met with her and decided to try acupuncture. 

4years later Charlie passed away. However, due to his improvement resulting from treatments with Dr. O, Charlie ended his life in comfort.
