What are your thoughts about the flu shot? The flu is a serious illness and the CDC reports that during the most recent flu season (2018-2019), there were approximately 36,000-61,000 deaths attributed to the flu! This week we are talking about our experiences with the flu/flu shot. We wanted to give you some background info about the flu in general, describe how the flu shot is made, and spend some time discussing common flu shot myths/misconceptions. It's currently flu season, people, so go out and get a flu shot ASAP! We hope that you will consider getting a flu shot after listening to this episode.
