Fresno city leaders are introduced a new ordinance, that gives private property owners the right to ask people to leave when they trespass.  Something that's not currently an option.

In addition, California lawmakers moved forward a bill that will allow undocumented immigrants to apply for the state's first-time homebuyer's program.
