Johnny dives further into his job and the shocking news that his mentor, fellow ASM, friend, & brother leaves the company because of this boss. Johnny realized that things would change forever after that, how bad would it get he wasn't sure, but he knew that something would happen. He discusses how she wanted to be the most well liked, and how far she would go to make sure everything in the building went through her. Johnny discusses how their always was a divide between her and every manager that was ever had at this location. Johnny discusses the challenges of being the only manager that really enforced anything, and how if their is not accountability at the top things will end in disaster. He talks about how the boss made sure everyone knew she was always "right" and why Johnny decided to stand up and try to hold her accountable, because of the hypocrisy that was shown by her. He knew this could end bad, but he did not want another ASM to have to deal with having to deal with all the struggle he had to face on a daily basis.

Johnny is back discussing about what went down in his career and how his daily life went. Johnny talks about how he grew his mindset into building his own work ethic, even when he did not feel appreciated. Johnny dives into what went down in him going to Tallahassee, and how HR Corp. came down to Florida because of chaos. He talks about the first 6 months of his journey in Florida and how he was the middle man until his ASM resigned from the company because of their boss. He talks about how he built a relationship with his fellow ASM and how they did not just become friends, but brothers for life.

Season 4 is here, Johnny talks about how his last relationship happened, how things ended and how he almost died?! He also uncovers what he wants in a relationship and how people should never just settle for something. He talks about how toxic relationships are not for him, but why he kept it going for so long. Johnny also updates the Empire how he has been since then, and what the next chapter holds for him.

Johnny is back !!! From Maryland all the way down to Florida, Jonathan opens up to how he has overcome how he felt like he betrayed his hometown and friends. Johnny focuses this episode on how to self respect yourself, and value what you bring to the table. Johnny then opens up about his past, and not respecting his time and energy, and why that caused him problems, not just in life but in relationships as well. Jonathan realizes that sometimes he has to let people go for the mental health of himself. He gives insight into how he used to treat people and females, and how learning that he is valuable too has helped him learn to give effort into people that really matter to his life. Jonathan lets guys know that they shouldn't lower their value in themselves in order to chase a female, or someone they want. Jonathan talks about his struggles and how he has tried to respond to what his heart wants, with what his mind is telling them.

Jonathan discusses his life in Florida, and what makes him strive to be back in the DMV. He also talks about how to develop his personality into not always having friction within his new job. He has philosophy differences between him and his higher ups, and he opens up about how to find common ground instead of in fighting which causes no one any joy. Another thing is his ongoing need to be developed into a better person, and he talks about how he does not think he can find that in Florida.

Jonathan thanks the DMV for always being there for him no matter what. Jonathan opens up to how he is mentally right now. He talks about the inward struggle, of going for his career but also feeling ashamed of leaving the DMV. Jonathan talks about his struggle with pursuing worldly gains and promotions, and balancing that with friends, family, and everyone who has always been there on his side. He talks about the need to take calculated risks in life, but never forgetting the people that got him to where he is today. One of the big questions in the podcast is how do you balance life with work, and how do you make sure that you make a difference in this world, while also putting yourself in situations to succeed. Jonathan knows that life is a roller coaster, and even though right now he might be in a dark time, he always tries to find hope in everything, and he knows one day, he will have an even harder decisions in his life which will make his heart hurt even more, chase the promotion and money or come back home to the DMV, the place where he built his bones.

Jonathan looks back at his wild time in Maryland, since the beginning of when he was 16 and moving to the area of Hagerstown. He talks about all the times he had in High School, and focuses on the people who inspired him to create a life of purpose. Jonathan goes into his best friend named Antonio and how much that friendship meant to him. when he moved from VA to MD, and it helped lead him into a leader of people, and galvanize a school. He talks and thanks his high school North, he discusses that without the people who he inspired, and brought joy to, he might not have the confidence to one day pull the trigger and run for government. Jonathan realizes that you can never judge a person, a school, or a town, by the cover, and it is truly what is on the inside that is the most important. Jonathan ends by thanking the school that gave him so much, and without them, he might not be where he is at today.

Jonathan recaps his crazy summer of finding a promotion and having it yanked at the final bell. He goes deep into his mental state of mind, and how the response is greater than the actual outcome. Through it all Johnny reminds his listeners, that the journey is just as rewarding as the actual destination. This episode focuses on how one should respond when the storms of life come, and Johnny gives his perspective to always believe in yourself and never doubt what you are capable of, and holding strong to your values and self dignity.

Welcome to Season 3 of Homeschooled Nuggets. With things swirling in Johnny's life, he finds himself having to defend himself at one of his jobs, and it takes a intense turn. Johnny never thought he would have to resort to the "break glass in emergency" option, and yet he finds himself in it. It was him fighting for dear life to keep his job, and not be thrown out. In this episode he reflects about what went down, how he responded, and the outcome of him not backing down and fighting for what was rightfully his, and saving his image from the people that tried to take him down. Johnny ends it with challenging his empire to never throw in the towel, because you never know what can happen when you do not give up.

The finale is here! With so much in Johnny's life creating chaos, how can he respond? How can people learn to stay patient, during times of uncertainty. Johnny discusses how the next few months could shape his life for years to come. Johnny's next step might be to roll the dice and leave Maryland, and how he is learning to not fear the outcomes he can not control.
