Johnny talks about trying to schedule life in a world with unexpected hurdles and roadblocks. Johnny also discusses how he has had to swallow his pride in life when he got injured a couple weeks ago, and had to battle his inner demons. He openly talks about his mental health, and the focus it had on him, when he was sidelined from life with the injury that ravaged his life for a two week period. In the podcast he also talks about how depression crept back into his life and how he swung back when it tried to throttle his life. Furthermore he goes into how his faith played a huge role in the moment, and not playing a la carte with his faith. The two week isolation in his life taught him how to become mentally stronger, and not be defined by his past mistakes. Johnny realizes how real depression can hit, and realizes who he does life for, what motivates him in life, and how he can be a better man, a better christian, and friend. During the darkest point he has had in years, he has discovered joy when all hope seems lost.
