Sexual Trauma is a multifaceted topic and I wanted to make sure we did it right! Carlos graciously agreed to join us again on the Honestlyhelen Podcast to talk about his healing journey! This was such a fun--in light of the subject matter--and illuminating conversation  because Carlos is so open and such a dope person there was never a moment of awkwardness! I will forever be humbled by Carlos' trust in me with his story.
