This episode for yall is a little different than our normal episode! For one, there are FOUR lovely women that I get to talk to and they are a part of this special Reality Show called SoulSister Reality (premiere date is Feb 23rd!) I always say the beauty of my podcast is the ability to have a space for honest conversations and on this episode we do that with multiple perspectives from women with a common goal: wanting to heal from their past traumas. We talk healing, friends, trauma, and everything in between. What does Confidence & Mosquito repellent have in common? Well I didn't know it either until I got to talking to my good girlfriend, Diehl! In this episode we talk confidence, the importance of it, maintaining it, and what we do when we feel low on our confidence. One thing is for sure: you have to work at it. It is not something that is freely given to anyone and it is definitely not something that is maintained alone or by hope. It takes work and sacrifice and let me tell you, ya girl has been working on it for as long as I can remember! Now listen, the beauty of this podcast is that I am always learning something new, expanding my point of view through different conversations with different people. This episode I think is a good example of that! Me and Destiny originally connected on this cool Podcast platform called PodMatch (which I had found a previous guest on for Season 2) and noticed that she had done her own episode on Soul-ties and I was intrigued to say the least. In this episode Destiny and I talk about defining soul-ties! Now listen, this still is a relatively new topic for me and so I loved learning more about this through some good keke's and haha's with Destiny! As always, I hope you hear some gem of information you did not know before and if nothing else, enjoyed the honest vibes!

Life, changes! Can I get an amen, or can I get an amen?! In this episode, I have the pleasure of talking to my good friend Jay about 'changes.' In life, every day is a day to experience something new, to explore uncharted territories, to experience change. We touch on career changes, life changes, even social media changes with a touch of some real honest conversation! December 1st! Dang y’all, we are in the home stretch!!! The end of 2021 is ending strong for me and I am so excited to see what these last few weeks hold! Hoping the end of your year has been enlightening to some degree and that 2022 is looking better!! 🤣
