Apologies this is getting to y’all late this Monday, however just know it was recorded and edited before this Monday and I’m gonna take that W, okay? Okaaay! Nonetheless, another amazing episode for the books; I brought back Lien from Season 3 to talk Respect & Relationships! This episode is a little longer than expected however that just means you get more gems to pick up and more honest conversation. During this episode we define what respect means to us, how respect shows up at work, with family, and of course in our romantic relationships. Ooooh we got us a goodie; I always love a good back and forth paired with some enlightening. In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeremy about the state of the world under our current President Administration. I am not a politician or even know politics thoroughly, however I don't think that should stop anyone from having a conversation about it or anything that impacts them for that matter. This was such a good conversation and largely due to the fact it was a genuine conversation that included so many elements; generational gaps, different POVs, different ideology, and the conversation still ended with us staying friends. This episode is on the longer end and I hope you have the time to enjoy it in its entirety! Nonetheless. I hope you are able to take a gem with you and if nothing else, enjoy the vibes!

Had to pivot for this episode as I had a guest and then life happened!

It's a new month though and y'all know we like to set goals or finish goals when we have a clear deadline. So make it shake, accomplish some things, learn something new, be a go-getter!

I talk some on this new administration American has, your health, and practicing better habits for improvement, not perfection.

Another episode in the books yall, and this one feels like a shenanigans so I hope the vibes feel like deja-vu. I may have opened this episode all in my feelings about my man 🤣 (Valentines weekend so it is on brand but I also wanted to just brag one time for the one time, respectfully) however, meat and potatoes  of the episode is ultimately about how we should ask for help instead of lie in situations. Honestly will always beat a lie, even a white lie. As always, I hope you were able to take a gem away from this episode and if nothing else, enjoyed the good vibes.

The way I love having wholesome conversations, yall already know!!! On this episode, Tania was on the podcast for a few years (Season 5 and pronounced TAN-YA), host of the Notorious Momz podcast, joined me for an amazing conversation about Self ____ and how it impacts our lives. I will forever be humbled how Podcast has introduced me to some really amazing people that then in turn have honest conversations with me, to share with you, the listeners! Happy 2025 to all the Blagical tribe! We made it another year and hopefully make this year an even better one. My 2024 ended in an abnormal way that let me know 2025 is going to be about perspective and being intentional.

This opening episode is a soft launch into the new season! It is a solo episode but we know that doesn't stop these gems from getting dropped! I recap my 2024 and get right into how we set our goals.
