Happy 2025 to all the Blagical tribe! We made it another year and hopefully make this year an even better one. My 2024 ended in an abnormal way that let me know 2025 is going to be about perspective and being intentional.

This opening episode is a soft launch into the new season! It is a solo episode but we know that doesn't stop these gems from getting dropped! I recap my 2024 and get right into how we set our goals.

Self-reflection is one of those skills that I don't love honing but understand the importance of it. I know that its needed for growth, that it's needed for understanding, and that it's needed to be able to guide. I hope you all enjoyed this episode and were able to grab some gems from it.

There's something different about recording an episode with someone that has such a calm and cool demeanor, haha. Memorial weekend may have thrown off my timeline and this episode is just a little late (better late than never they say!) however, still a goodie! In this episode I talk with Wanya, the owner of Gooderdenamug (our man is a Chef, a pastry chef too!) about social media expectations. I may sound like a broken record, but it's true: the best episodes are the ones that go in a different direction than what I expected. Another episode recorded, (lightly) edited, and published! Although this season is giving me a run for my money, these conversations?! Giving me all the life!! This was such a treat to record not only because it was *in person* it was also with my girl, Asmara! It was such a pleasure going down memory lane while also having such insightful conversation. We talking Fnding Yourself on this episode and I really enjoyed the natural flow of the conversation (with a little razzle dazzle from being tipsy 😉).
