It’s May! New month, new goals. Also a good time to reflect on the progress you have made this far, no matter how big or small, congratulate yourself!

Okay this was a cute little ramble moment I had 😂 it’s some good gems in it tho! Healing looks different for us all however I think the common denominator is understanding your strengths and who you are when you’re alone. Truly alone. And as humans I don’t think being alone is ideal, yet we learn so much from it. ❤️

Find something YOU throughly enjoy and go do it alone. Love your own company. Go to the movies alone. Eat at your fave restaurant alone. Live life and don’t wait on others to live it with you ❤️ Happy Friday!
