Whew, another one in the books! As you can tell from the title, it's one of those episodes that you may have to plan to listen to cause it gets a little deep, quick 😂. I get to welcome back Dr. Kimya to the Podcast for this episode who is such pleasure to talk to in addition to being so knowledgable about Black people as a whole. We touch on a lot of things as it relates to Black people and health, especially with how we look at Suicide. Mental Health is a subject that I feel strongly about and will always find a way to talk about it on this Podcast and so I hope you enjoyed this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it and able to pick up some gems that were dropped.

Listen y'all 😂 I love that people come to record and really be ready to be honest and this episode is no different. I had the pleasure to catch up with a long time friend, Brandon where we go down memory lane ranging from reminiscing on shooting the shot, being a Black flight attendant, to the love we have for our Mamas. Me & Brandon both understand living in a world without our mother and so it only made sense we talk about them and appreciate the lessons that they have taught us. I have such respect for Moms and hope that all of us learn to or continue to appreciate our Moms and the sacrifices they make for us to ensure our happiness and safety.  I hope y'all enjoy this convo and if nothing else, were able to pick up a few gems from this conversation!
