Honoring our Elders with Karyn Sanders

Karyn began training with her Choctaw grandmother at the age of seven and has generously shared her Indigenous perspective on energetic herbalism for decades. She is the founder of The Herbal Highway and the co-founder of the Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine.
