When you think of the physical and spiritual, which attracts you more and why? 

Personally, it’s the spirit that speaks to me, sometimes better than the mind or mouth can. Understanding your spirit means you understand who you are and what your purpose is. It also gives you the ability to test the mind and spirit of others to determine who is for you and who isn’t! It should cost millions but we get it for free🤑.

Elevation is something we all want to take part in but something I feel many of us misunderstand. The process of elevating requires much healing, forgiveness, understanding, and patience. In order to elevate it’s important to remove the dead weight from your ankles. Don’t worry I’ll explain more in the episode 😅

Yooooo! It’s the season finale episode! Can you believe we’ve been together for 5 seasons? Almost two years of growth, patience, understanding, challenges, anything you can name; we’ve been through it together. 

I love and appreciate you more than you know.. not only have we started our healing journey together, but we’ve learned about ourselves in the process.
