What gives you hope? Who gives you hope? Do you put your hope in loved ones or in your possessions? Maybe you're hoping your next relationship will work for the long term? It really doesn't matter, because if you've been hoping like this long enough, you learn everyone and everything ends up disappointing you! This is in part, as Pastor Mark will remind you, that people are broken and sinful. The people we are and the things we create never create what we truly need. There's only one person to put your hope in, and that's Jesus. The premise is so simple and so is the title of today's teaching: Hope!
