Rest is not a reward for finishing everything, it’s a gift from God.

In this Hope for Today episode, we talk honestly about why rest can be so hard, why God commands it, and how learning to rest is actually an act of trust.

This encouragement is not about doing less out of guilt, but about receiving rest as something God designed for our good.
