  • EP:6 “When The Tools Don’t Work For You” - Peter Brown
➡️ Introducing Peter Brown who is a father of two, has a beautiful partner who works in construction and he’s also an ambassador for “A Chance for Change”.
The only way I knew about mental health was because of a friend. 🙎‍♂️
I’m just a bloke, a mate who was helping him battle through his demons. I never realised what I was doing at the time. 🙅‍♂️
I was the annoying mate, who was calling and texting, doing the 1% that everyone wants and craves although they don’t realise it at the time. 💯
He went from the dark to the light. He beat it! 💙
From this experience I recognised some of the signs to be aware of. ✅
I eventually became an ambassador for “A Chance for Change”, so I could help other blokes. 🔥
The thing was, I didn’t recognise the signs as I started to walk down a dark pathway myself even though I knew what to look out for... 🤷‍♂️
