Revelation 8 opens with silence in heaven—and then the trumpets begin to sound.

Pastor Bob Botsford teaches through Revelation 8 and 9, examining the trumpet judgments that affect the earth, sea, fresh water, heavens, and eventually humanity itself. The passage grows increasingly severe, yet even after devastating judgment, Revelation records that people still refuse to repent.

Throughout the message, Pastor Bob asks a repeated question: Which trumpet are you living for? Revelation is not given merely to satisfy curiosity about prophecy but to prepare people for what is ahead and call them to respond to God’s mercy now.

Revelation 7 interrupts the unfolding judgments of Revelation with an unexpected picture of mercy.

Revelation 6 introduces the final horseman: a pale horse whose rider is named Death, with Hades following behind.

Pastor Mitch Botsford teaches from Revelation 6:7–8, exploring the fourth seal and the biblical relationship between judgment, death, and God’s sovereignty. He then traces that theme back to Exodus 12, where Israel was told to place the blood of a lamb on its doorposts before judgment passed through Egypt.

That Passover picture ultimately leads to Jesus, whom John the Baptist calls “the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.”

Through communion and baptism, Pastor Mitch challenges believers to remember that Jesus has paid for their sin, freed them from slavery, and called them into a new life. The old life is meant to remain buried—and obedience should follow.
