In this series unpacking "The Church", we have been looking at the role of the church in todays world. In todays Culture, it is sometimes too easy to get over involved, or just sit back and stay away from the issues we come across.

With this in mind, we will unpack some key questions in this series:

1. Is The Church supposed to be a Cruise Ship, with the whole experience being about "What I can get" or "Serving My Needs"?

2. Is The Church meant to be a Battleship, on the Offensive to actively attack the evil in the world? OR

3. Is The Church meant to be an Aircraft Carrier? Equipping, Sending, and Empowering individuals to be sent out on Missions?

Looking back to the previous year's activities through Horizon, we can see the goodness of God. Looking forward to the upcoming year, we know hold to Ephesians 3:20-21, which reminds us that "he is able to do immeasurably more than all we can ask or imagine".
