One of our favorite holiday traditions is back! It’s another Silent Night, Deadly Night movie, but you probably wouldn’t know it if the title wasn’t there to tell us. We took on “Initiation: Silent Night, Deadly Night 4”.

“Mash those yolks up with some mayo, maybe some spicy mustard. Heck, whatever you want to throw in there. And then pipe that mush back into the yolk hole.”

They dropped the “Part 6” from the title, and possibly any semblance of reason, but we are picking up with the third and final installment of the Thorn Trilogy. We are talking about “Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers”

The scratches came softly and first, then with more urgency. “A deviled egg is an egg that is hard boiled, split in two, the yolk removed…”

We’re going to start our look at the Thorn Trilogy (and names with nearly interchangeable subtitles) within the Halloween series with the 4th installment, “Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers”. The Shape is back!

And then a slow horror dawned on me. Well, actually two slow horrors dawned on me. One, I didn’t know what a deviled egg was exactly. Two, I was laying on the floor of shack and taking messages from what was possibly a rodent.

The devil is in the details has probably never been more horrifically illustrated than in John Carpenter’s 1987 film “Prince of Darkness”. Is a group of scientists trying to stop the Anti-God, or are they there to bring about its rise?

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Leatherface. We took a look at the third chapter of the Texas Chainsaw series and came away with some questions about how to get through Texas, and the roads they apparently build atop canyons. Check out “Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III”.

Ok, I know, not technically a Frankenstein movie, but we weren’t getting out of here without talking about Herbert West the “Re-Animator”! Nick went in blind to the gory glory of this eighties masterpiece, Bill saw it for the… what? 85th time?

High art, high camp, let’s see what the 70’s New York art scene can do with this Frankenstein mythos. Released in some places as Andy Warhol’s Frankenstein (though he was a hands-off producer at best), we are covering “Flesh for Frankenstein” in our run through the legend of the famous doctor and creature creator.

No one had ever really bothered to ask me that before. I felt like this was once in a lifetime, something I shouldn’t waste.
