The final countdown is on for Together for Hospice, The National Hospice Movement’s 35th annual Hospice Sunflower Days campaign.

Fundraising activities will be taking place at shopping centres throughout the Mid-West this Friday and Saturday (6th & 7th June) to raise funds for Milford Care Centre.

These activities will include hospice volunteers selling an array of sunflower merchandise in towns & villages throughout Clare and the rest of the Mid-West.
