Welcome to the very first episode of Hot Flushes & Higher Self! I'm Soraya  — clinical hypnotherapist, RTT therapist mum of five, and a woman deep in the beautiful, messy journey of midlife transformation. 

In this episode, I’m sharing the story behind this podcast and how my own experience with perimenopause cracked something open in me. From the moment I started waking up drenched in night sweats to the casual suggestion from my GP to "just start HRT," I knew something deeper was unfolding — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
