Who is Simon Arnold?
Simon Arnold is the author of the book “The Thirteen-Hour Life Coach, “which details success strategies for adults with ADHD. Between 5 - 8 % of the general population have ADHD, but it is thought that undiagnosed ADHD could affect up to 20% of the population in total. ADHD isn’t just a neurological disorder that affects children. Those that have it as children can still have ADHD when they go into adulthood. The book offers a fresh perspective on living a life with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and those who think they have it. Each chapter gives the reader an insight into what living with ADHD is like and details the most important part of each with a principles section, acting as a summary. Simon also has a Podcast with the same name. Season one - Simon tells his story and strategies for success in different areas of life. Season two is with guests talking about ADHD, whether they have it or not, which strategies they use, and which listeners to the podcast can use too.

Who is Ann Mitchell?
Ann Mitchell has lived with her family in Castle Rock, Colorado, since 2006, after spending seven years at Misawa Air Base in Japan. She is married to a retired US Air Force member who now works for the Douglas County School District, and they have four children who have completed their education in Douglas County schools. Ann served 11 years in the US Air Force before choosing to stay home to raise their children, returning to work when the twins entered Kindergarten. She began working in a Preschool for Students with Disabilities in Misawa AB, Japan, completed her Master’s degree, and has been a certified Special Education teacher since 2008. Ann is passionate about teaching and believes it is her calling. Due to her daughter's extreme emotional dysregulation and depression, Ann decided to stay close and support her, which led her to become a tutor, an IEP Coach, and an entrepreneur. She recently became a Structured Literacy Interventionist and completed her certification in the Orton-Gillingham Methodology, helping dyslexic children gain confidence in reading. As the owner and operator of Castle Rock Online Reading Tutor, Ann strives to be the best academic tutor for children. As soon-to-be empty nesters, Ann and her husband have started enjoying seeing parts of the world on cruise ships.
