Join us as we hear from Rob Hollingsworth, a former police officer, who served in Henderson, Nevada, a Las Vegas suburb. On that fateful day, October 17, 2017, Rob's life was forever changed. He was on duty when a distress call sent him and every available officer rushing to a music festival on the Las Vegas Strip, responding to an active shooter.

Rob shares his personal account of the traumatic events that unfolded that day. He delves into the mayhem and the heroic response of himself and his fellow officers in the face of this unfathomable carnage. Beyond the immediate aftermath, Rob also opens up about the lasting effects of the trauma he and his colleagues experienced.

In the wake of these events, Rob made the difficult decision to transfer to a law enforcement agency in Washington State. He cites the challenges posed by politics and the prevailing war on police as factors contributing to his departure. As a Navy veteran, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Plant Your Flag, Rob is now passionate about guiding transitioning police officers. He offers insights on networking, setting ambitious goals, prioritizing mental health, and conquering the challenges of transitioning to civilian life.

Rob Hollingsworth's journey is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit in the face of unimaginable tragedy and serves as an inspiration to those who have faced trauma and adversity.
