For this week's episode, we are really pleased to be able to share the brilliant conversation which took place at the Housed Summit with a group of residents from the PBSA, BTR, HMO and Coliving Sectors.

In today's special episode Sarah Canning and Deenie Lee are joined by Jonathan McDiarmid and Sebastian Loyn of YTL Developments (UK) Limited as they explore Brabazon - the ambitious new town to the North of Bristol. 

Brabazon is one of the UK's most ambitious regeneration projects, but today's discussion isn't really about the buildings that will make up this entirely new neighbourhood. Instead, we're exploring some bigger questions;
- Can you deliberately create community?
- Can a masterplanned neighbourhood feel authentic?
- How do BTR, PBSA, residential, coliving and retirement living work side by side?
- And could Brabazon become a blueprint for the next generation of British New Towns?

It was a fascinating conversation and shows that successful places aren't simply designed but nurtured - and that community, infrastructure and stewardship matter just as much as architecture.
