Charlotte Gerner is not an accountant - but she used to be one! Charlotte's career has come full circle. Starting as an accountant in pain from sitting, to now working as an Occupational Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor with a passion for injury prevention in the workplace.

Charlotte runs a successful business called Benefit Corporate Health which offers the following services -  Corporate Pilates & Office Yoga, Manual Handling and Injury Prevention Seminars and Ergonomic Assessments.
