As a special bonus episode, Clay and Mitch discussed the responses to five questions that bishops and former bishops (one in their own voice!) provided. Here are those five questions:
1. "How specific is spiritual guidance on placing people in callings? Is every calling spiritually directed or are some left up to the Presiding priesthood leader's judgment?"
2. "What about when people reject a calling or ask to be released? How common is this? Which callings are hardest to fill?"
3. "What about when people reject a calling or ask to be released? How common is this? Which callings are hardest to fill?"
4. "What's the spiritual reaction and/or next step to find someone else if the Holy Ghost told you to call someone who says no?"
5. "Assuming you plan on a life of service, what makes you personally always intend to hold a calling?"
