she works with, but we’re not exactly sure

what the right approach would be - how to

start the witnessing conversation, how to

be effective and compassionate while not

sounding like we’re being confrontational

or judgmental or anything else negative. She doesn’t want to ruin the friendship by

approaching this the wrong way and being

misunderstood. And since this involves

witnessing to a person at work, that adds

another layer of delicacy to the situation.
