There is a problem with our world.

It's a problem that lies deep within us—a problem that strikes at the heart of who we are.

It's a problem that causes turbulence, fear, conflict, competition, exploitation, abuse and rejection of God.

It's our problem, and it's one for which we badly need a solution.

Mark continues his series in the Book of Genesis with Genesis chapter 3 and the Bible's diagnosis of our problem. He reminds us that getting the diagnosis right is always crucial when seeking a remedy, and that we need to understand Genesis 3 not only in order to understand ourselves, but also in order to understand the true depths of the gospel.
