Today, we’re diving into my favorite topic: and that is discomfort. As a Scorpio sun, one of my favorite things to do is have uncomfortable conversations. It’s just part of who I am. But recently, I’ve gone a step further and have gone out of my way to get uncomfortable, on purpose.

Doing this has made me more resilient, grounded + regulated than I ever thought possible. Actively finding safety in uncomfortable situations has made me feel more powerful than I realized and I want to share some tips forward with you. The benefit of embracing discomfort is that nothing can shake you - and we all deserve to feel that way.
