The Australian Ag Podcast

How floods will impact grain prices

Listen Later

The drenching received by the Southeast of the country continues to make cropping a nightmare as fields are flooded or become bogged, and water affected crops spoil. To find out how it is affected the grain industry, and what farmers can do, even at this late stage, we talk to Andrew Weidemann from Grain Producers Australia.

PLUS Bonnie and Jemima Penfold from Four Daughters will be talking to Courtney Young from Woodstock Flour on how she and her husband are cutting out the middleman with their organic stoneground flour. They are now expanding into the boxed meat business.
