When you transition to a group offer, it will be messy. It will feel uncomfortable because group coaching is entirely different from one-on-one coaching.
In this episode, I share my experience launching my first group coaching offer. I didn’t have the processes and the team that I have now. My clients weren’t getting the best results, and in response, I could have stepped back from selling. But because I had fully sold myself on my intellectual property, my confidence in my belief in my ability to transform others fueled me to keep going.
The more people I brought in, the better the outcomes became. I was faced with more challenges, but I found solutions. My audacity, confidence, and belief in my IP were the only things that allowed me to keep selling more and helped me scale.
Now, that doesn’t mean you won’t need to change your IP or coaching along the way. But never stop selling. Never stop bringing clients in because that is how you clarify your offer and overcome challenges.
Belief in your IP is everything. Never stop selling, never stop making adjustments to your coaching, and always stand firm in your certainty of your ability to transform clients.
