What do you do when you open your email account to find hundreds of messages waiting?

Do you answer them right away? Ignore them? What system do you have?

I get on average two to three hundred emails a day. That’s not including messages on Facebook and social media. Now, if I reply to them immediately, I would have no life if you think about it.
