1:45: The Seahawks gave Geno Smith a 3 year, $105 M extension with the ability to earn $52 M in the first calendar year. It's got me thinking 2 things.

1. The reported details of this contract don't really tell us if the Seahawks are committing to Smith past this coming season.

2. I don't think the Seahawks SHOULD commit to Smith past this coming season...unless they're drafting a QB with that 5th overall pick.

15:37: I HATE the NFL Combine and the discourse it creates, especially about quarterbacks that we'd been watching play actual football for a full fall!

26:23: PAWLitics time! The first lady took issue with a question asking if politicians over 75 should take mental competency tests. But considering there's age restrictions that prevent people from taking public office, maybe it isn't a bad idea.
