They both agree that you CAN have the upper hand if you're your own person, set standards for yourself, and FOLLOW those standards... don't be a weak b***h!

They also discuss scenarios where they have made mistakes and learned from them... like booty calls, giving in to "sweet talk", and cancelling all your plans for a dude.
