A culture of health (inclusive of mental health), within the workplace can contribute to the overall effort of an organization to improve and sustain the health and productivity of its workforce. We talk with mental health expert Dr. Robert Quigley, who will help us understand why mental health concerns are vital to the ongoing success of organizations. We'll identify some of the triggers that can cause mental health issues for individuals – and ultimately organizations, known as NCDs - and what organizations can do to help address them. Dr Quigley's extensive background and knowledge will help us all understand that to make our organizations resilient, we've got to focus on the people first. It's sure to be a very informative talk.
