What does setting intentions for a trip look like in practice?

As a transformation and travel coach, she helps people explore their call to travel to in order to better understand their WHY and bring more clarity and purpose to their experiences. 

Just as one would put intentional time and effort into the logistical planning of a trip, she helps clients put intentional thought into the mental, emotional and spiritual preparation for travel.

She also work with clients to navigate their trips from a place of deeper reflection and engagement with self, and use this self-learning as they reintegrate into their lives post-travel.

She is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and a Board Certified Coach with the Center for Credentialing and Education, and holds a master's in Leadership Studies.
