In this episode, Scott describes his life and how he went from being an aggressive and pained person filled with apathy to being someone who now embraces life and tries to live each day to the fullest with a positive attitude. He credits pivoting his life to his discovery of hiking and being outdoors. He shares how being outside and in nature forces you to tune into yourself, be present, and learn to confront underlying issues.
