Started my ADHD meds 🥹🥹l also want to go tive💕😞😞

I finally saw the big boss at the end of the ADHD journey- I had to pass all the small bosses and side quests before I reached this destination and I was honestly afraid he would tell me I couldn’t have treatment. But, alas I’ve been offered a life line - methylphenidate. The treatment starts tomorrow

Dating in your 20s was so much easier than in your 30s…It used to be a simple matter if someone liked you or not! Now I have to consider if they want kids, prenups, mortgages, existing kids, per allergies.. mbti?

I also reflect on two very different stroke patients this week. One who died and one who survived despite having all the risk factors..

A long reflective episode!

Saw my first cardiac arrest in public space today.. fancy ECPR and ECMO Machines.. super fancy.

Also, it’s been a while since i updated.. so much has happened.. and the GAMSAT sadly did not this time :(. Forgot to say, I paid a fee and they allowed me to defer to September this year instead. I got sick, but mum came to save the day ! Also, the hospital corrected my acidosis and low bsls.. lol ..

I’ve started the ADHD assessments with the psychologist. I talk about the mental health stigma people still have till this day. Also, have been going on a bit of a health journey during my annual leave and got my iron infusion finally! Also talking about parking battles with neighbours.

I am terribly sick again 🥲.. this time with RSV and possibly whooping cough? My GP used AI in our consult today!

Have completed Gamsat section 2 via painful proctoring at home.. snd section 1 +3 will be on 22nd of March!

All about the Netflix series: Trauma code and how I discovered my hospital has a Trauma Centre! Also touch base on the medical student who was recently found impersonating a surgeon ! He even made his own website and photoshopped his degrees…but he forgot to register on AHPRA 😏. I am also a couple sleeps away from the first part of the GAMSAT exam which used to be called section two🤣

I went for a fructose intolerance test at my gastro clinic. It was not the most pleasant experience, but it will hopefully help me lessen down my constant bloating 🥲. I also missed the Keshi concert (again) 😔..
