On today’s episode of The Being Human Podcast we’re taking one step closer to getting what we want.
Sometimes we don’t get what we want because we simply don’t ask for it. It happens way too often (especially for women) for many fear-based reasons, like seeming too pushy.
But we can’t not ask for what we want.
It’s how we get our needs met - but when we feel like speaking up is being “pushy” we run away or hide at the possibility of being uncomfortable. This is a big issue, y’all, and I can’t stress enough how important it is to learn how to ask for what you want, which is exactly what I’m going to show you in this episode.
