Hear Micheal's story about divorce, foreclosures, short sales, bankruptcies, and how he overcame that financial distress.

We talk about how banks really don't want to foreclose, and how they want to offer assistance (which may or may not be home retention). We talk about partial claim mortgages, loan modifications, forbearances and the pros and cons of each. We talk about judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and the differences between them.
