If you are anything like me, I racked up some real bad habits growing up that spiraled into my adulthood.  As a kid, you don't realize that the foods you are eating can really cause some nasty outcomes as you age.  You also realize that whatever you keep on doing, becomes a habit that can be hard to break: until now.  

In this episode, I am showing you a few steps I have taken to break some of my old bad habits.  If I did it, so can YOU!!  

Bad habits start somewhere and they are repeated just like good habits.  Don't give up on yourself, that is way too easy!!  Fight for what you know is right and let's make some small changes today, 1 decision at a time.
