No matter if you were raised in the Church of Jesus Christ, are learning about the Church, or joined the church on your own, you NEED to have a testimony of your OWN! Having a testimony does not mean that you know everything so don't fall into the trap of believing you don't have a testimony just because you still have questions.   

In the Church of Jesus Christ, members are encouraged to learn as much as they can about the gospel of Jesus Christ in order to make their own decisions about their commitment to the gospel. This is not a gospel of relying on other people to maintain strength but rather to feel empowered to act on your own.
