This week, in the second of the new series of How to Cook Like....Gilly Smith joins Ramael Scully in the kitchen of his restaurant in St James' Market, London. Scully, as he’s known, grew up in Malaysia and Sydney with a mixed heritage of Chinese/Indian, Irish and Balinese before becoming Ottolenghi’s head chef at Nopi, and shows Gilly how to cook a staff lunch of salmon in soy, garlic and ginger sauce.
